Your guide to Acceptance, Mindfulness, & Buddhism

Our world is populated by two kinds of people; those who are reactors and those who are proactive. The reactor Several years ago the “Ladies Home Journal” magazine ran a story about two kinds of people. One group consists of those who constantly see their lives represented by a half empty glass. As you may have already figured out, the other group of people are confident that their lives are represented by their lives being experienced with a half-full glass.

If this is true, why? Perhaps it is destiny, genetics, luck  or poor choices that has placed these outsiders in precarious positions. So, for most of  the time how do you see your self? Do you live your life as a half-full or a half-empty person?

What if I were to tell you that regardless of your personal view of yourself and your world, there is a better way to experience life? A way that helps you identify your authentic self, that empowers you to take charge of your life. You will learn how to discover and select proactive choices rather than being trapped into always reacting to life. being  become proactive This better way can be found here. That better way t begins with the relationships you are able to form and , but in how you see the world and your place in it. through “STOP-LOOK-LISTEN - Your guide to Acceptance, Mindfulness and Buddhism”

What does our path mean? It means that you are being asked to enter into an intentional  I - Thou dialogical relationship with all of creation.
